Please note that during low season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
During high season our apartments are only available with a minimum stay of 4 nights. If you are planning a short stay, please contact us.

All our apartment bookings include:

bath towels and bed linen, pool towels, kitchen utensils, gas, water, electricity, independent heating, weekly cleaning and change of bed linen (for stays of 10 nights and more), final cleaning, use of laundry room, free Wi-Fi, digital satellite TV, general housekeeper, gardener and maintenance man, closed parking

Check-in: 2.30 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.

Check-out: 8.00 a.m. until 10.30 a.m.

Breakfast: 8.30 a.m. until 11.00 a.m.

Late check-in/check-out on request

A daily arrival is possible throughout the entire year. During low season booking our apartments the is limited to a min. stay of 2 nights, from 4 nights during high season. For short stays, please contact us.

The tourism tax of € 1.50 per person/night is applicable to non-residents staying overnight, for a maximun of 6 consecutive nights.
Children up to 14 years old will not pay the tax. The tax is payable cash upon departure at Villa La Cappella (our rates do not include the tourism tax).

We will ask you for a deposit of 25% at the time of booking which may be paid through the booking process.
Payment methods are credit card (Visa, Maestro and Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer.

Cancellations must be notified in writing, by email or fax.

80 - 50 days before Check-in: 20%
50 - 30 days before Check-in: 50%
From 30 days before Check-in: 100%
No show: 100% not refundable

For cancellations made prior to arrival the stated partial or total amount of the reservation is be paid according to the above timing scale.

In case of cancellations, we issue a voucher for the remaining amount, which can be redeemed within one year of the issue date.
This offer is only valid for direct bookings.

In case of late arrival, early departure, the entire reservation period will be charged.

To avoid the unpleasant situation of having to pay a penalty for unforeseen and unfortunate events which necessitate cancelling or cutting short your holiday, we would advise you to take a Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
